Palm oil harvesting planning activity required a large amount of data for experience accumulation and analysis. The field supervisor needs to ensure the harvester harvest the correct degree of ripe bunches, the harvesting interval on specific trees should be maintained around 10-17 days interval, all harvested fresh fruit bunches (FFB) must be sent to the mill as soon as possible (within 24 hours is ideal). The maximum oil yields can be achieved with maximum harvesting timing with proper planning by using the history records.


The ripeness of the fresh fruit bunches (FFB) normally determined by the fruit collector or checker, in terms of digital information, Autotrack On Demand Fresh Fruit Bunches Tracking will give the guideline for the software user and give a prediction analysis of the harvested FFB. This analysis data can be used to remind and educate the harvester as well as checkers in the field in order for them to have a better understanding of the palm oil harvesting process and cycle. The software is also equipped with a camera function where the checker can use it to capture side photos for the estate manager for immediate action required.
