This application is designed to allow customers to apply any department budget via mobile devices or computers. Once the administrator or department head receives the application, they will make a decision to approve, reject or Keep In View the application.
 
 With the E-Memo system, all the staff who apply the budgetary, request for new asset or devices just need to key in the reference number given by the system to them, then they will be able to reference back what is the previous activity record they do make and what the is reference supplier and budget the would like to apply.
 
 Software Feature
 This software is designed to allow users to apply budget via computer or mobile device via online portal offered by educity E-Memo Management system. This simple and easy to use application allows users to apply the memo request from any place with internet connection.
 Once the application is done, the management will immediately receive a notification via email and request for approval.
 Once the application is approved, the applicant will receive the approved notification on their application.
 The system by the end of the day will automatically send out the daily application summary for administrator review.
 A QR barcode will be auto generated and attached to the application email for easy application checking status.
 Once the application is approved by the management, the management can directly send out Request For Quotation (RFQ) from this application.
 Administrators can also print out the 2D QRCode and stick on the project site for project progress monitoring.
