Digitalization is about using digital technologies to improve or transform processes, workflows, or business models.
Examples:


Using AGen online service report instead of use pen to write on service report


Use AGen customer portal to acknowledge the process as proof of receiving


Use AGen to directly convert the OCR oil meter reading and save it as digital value.
