George Laurer, the former IBM engineer passed away on the 5th Dec 2019 at the age of 94. Thanks for his invention of barcode which brings out the huge revolution in the retail and manufacturing area.

Based on the history record, George Laurer assist in the building of Universal Product Code UPC today which base on the moses code concept. With the invention of the UPC code, the selling and recording in the retail shop floor become so simple and easy.
