A Purchase return (abbreviated P/R) is a reverse document from a consignor, a shipper, or an owner of freight which orders the return of the transportation of cargo to another party to Purchase Order. Or is a listing of complete goods to be received from the supplier to customer. Usually the written order permits the direct return of goods from a warehouseman, carrier or other person who in the course of their ordinary business issues warehouse receipts or bills of lading. Before the purchase return created, a purchase order must be created. Return goods must be seen by the supplier parties.
