Below is the common issue may happen on your CK3 and CK75 mobile terminal.


Connectivity problem
If you have are having a problem connecting to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi you have been tryibg connecting again and again but fail. This may cause by wifi or bluetooth anttena issue. The problem may happen randomly and may jot be able to simulate.


Overheating
Certain CK3 and CK75, can get really warm. Try not to use your scanner while you're charging it and don't use high CPU-sucking apps for long periods of time. If it starts getting warm, give your terminal a break, this overheating issue cause by dust build up on the terminal main board. Our certified technician can help you to may a full service on this.

App crashes
Apps can crash for all sorts of reasons. Is there an update available for either the app or your barcode mobile computer? If so, install it. If not, force close the app by swiping it away in the multitask menu and then reopen it. Soft reboot or hard reboot may help you to solve this issue. If the issue still not able to resolve, our team can help you to upgrade the terminal existing firmware to latest version.
