How to upgrade EDA50 firmware? from Version 4 to version 7

Method 1 (not verified, may brick the unit.
1. Copy eda50-ota-xxx.xx.xx.xxxx.zip to Internal Storage/honeywell/autoinstall
2. Then go to Autoinstall Settings application, make sure Enable Autoinstall is ticked and tap on Packages update.
3. EDA50 will reboot to recovery and install the latest firmware and Common ES.
4. EDA50 will boot into system when the process is complete.
Method 2, using SD card.
1. Make sure that the device is fully charged.
2. Download the appropriate files from Honeywell Software Download Center.
3. Copy “eda50-ota-xxx.xx.xx.xxxx.zip” or “eda50k-ota-xxx.xx.xx.xxxx.zip” (Depending on the device) to the SD card.
4. Power off the unit to insert the SD card.
5. Press and hold the 'Volume up' then press the power button while still holding the 'Volume up' until you see the Honeywell logo then let go of both buttons
6. The device will show the recovery mode menu. Use the 'volume up' and 'volume down' keys to browse through the options, and use the 'power button' to activate an option. Fallows the a, b, c, d steps in that order ; the unit will stay in the recovery menu till you decide to reboot.
a. 'Wipe data/factory reset' > 'Yes - - delete all user data'
b. 'Wipe cache partition'
c. 'Apply update from sdcard' > Navigate to the “eda50-ota-xxx.xx.xx.xxxx.zip” or “eda50k-ota-xxx.xx.xx.xxxx.zip (Using the volume keys to move and power key to select) and select it to start the update. The communES will also get installed at the same time.
d. Reboot system now.
