Introduction
ALC team offer inhouse service for the barcode mobile computer distribute by our group in order for maximum return of investment once customer purchase our product. Satisfaction is our main objective in the service support we provided to the market. In house service team will be doing troubleshoot your problem printer in our office and customer just need to send in and collect the repair printer from ALC office.
Tier 1
Basic repairs, eg keypads, fuse, hand straps, stylus, touch screen protectors, triggers and Operating System
reload/reflash.
Does not cover any internal PCB scan engine repair or replacements, display faults or any damaged part of
the device.
Damage, accidental or otherwise is not covered under this Tier level.
