This solution is ideal to be used for your packaging department or third parties packaging solution. Few important aspects in the barcode verification process include barcode scanning rate, barcode sticker present, barcode content comparison.
The barcode scanning rate is the percentage of the barcode able to be read by the barcode scanner. This is one of the complaints in Malaysia barcode society where the barcode sticker must be able to be read by the pos counter and customer in the retail store. This is to make sure the customer is able to check the pricing themselves and the cashier can easily check out the product on the check out POS counter.
The barcode sticker present checking is one of the checking aspects of our barcode checking services. The solution will make sure we are able to detect any or the packaging missing out the barcode sticker due to human or automated applicator machine error. The solution will inform your operator immediately if our system detects any of the stickers missing from the packing and clear light indication will be shown to the production worker.
The barcode content validation use If your packing line is shared among few products, the mistake of packaging can happen especially during the product changing process. Product A with barcode A accidentally inserted into the Product B carton box and shipped to the customer.
