Choose from the Full Comprehensive, Limited Comprehensive, and Wear and Tear programs to get the amount of coverage and protection you need for your durable, rugged and ultra-rugged product handling solutions. Honeywell Repair Service is available in over 70 countries with global pricing and global standards of quality. Full Comprehensive service provides coverage of product defects, wear and tear, failures, and any damage sustained while being used as intended in the work environment. With a 3-year (2+1) Full Comprehensive service plan, no additional costs beyond the plan enrollment are incurred for service on covered devices, and eligible accessories that are included with equipment sent to the depot for service. The coverage include below
1. Technical support over the phone, email or other communication messenger on how to operate on the device for ALC application.
2. Over the phone manufacturing defect analysis and detection
3. Free of charge repair and replacement for any faulty part due to manufacturing defect.
4. Device replacement if not able to repair the faulty unit.
5. Warranty up to 3 years (1+2).
6. 10 days turnaround time
