At the end of production, product information collection is one of the most important process for most of the manufacturer. The sad fact is in Malaysia Small and Medium industry, this process ignore or give up by the management due to the knowledge and visibility of importance of product quality control.

Finish product label printing or scanning is a birth certificate for the product. It also can be the source of tracking for the product your factory produce into the market. Autotrack On Demand give you this flexibility to hold this data and publish it online if you wanted to do so. Additional on this, Autotrack also give you the next tracking and verification before the item move into the finished goods warehouse. The finished goods warehouse tracking will be the inventory control process starting point and Autotrack will deliver to customers existing ERP solution with text file as communication information.

How to do it?

When the product comes to the end of the production, the factory Quality control worker will be doing the last physical monitoring process. Once the physical monitoring pass, worker will print out a label or scan in the barcode information into Autotrack solution. This records will be kept into out Autotrack SQL database. A packing report will be generated based on the customer demand and printed as A4 report. At the same time, the report will also be sent to the respective person via email as a proof of production. Optional camera module can be added upon request from certain customer. Our Autotrack User have the flexibility to add on the warehouse receiving verification module base on this production information before it being received into the finished goods warehouse. In the finished goods warehouse, the store personnel just need to use the mobile device provided by Autotrack team, run the application and do a receiving and physical checking before receiving. You may also purchase the additional optional camera module for this process. Once the receiving process finish, the email alert will be sent to the preset person in charge.
