To scan a barcode using a mobile computer, follow these steps:

Power On the Device: Ensure your mobile computer is turned on and ready.

Open the Scanning Application: Launch the application designed for scanning barcodes.

Point the Scanner: Align the barcode within the scanner's viewfinder. Make sure the barcode is well-lit and not too far from the scanner.

Initiate the Scan: Either press the physical scan button or tap the screen, depending on your device, to capture the barcode.

Confirmation: Wait for a beep or visual confirmation on the screen that the scan was successful.

Enter Quantity: If required, input how many of that item you're scanning.

Sync Data: If connected to Wi-Fi, data will sync automatically. If not, connect your device via USB to transfer the information later.
