The ZT400 series is the top-selling product in Zebra’s Industrial thermal printer portfolio. The ZT400 series is classified as the midrange product of the Industrial portfolio, positioned between the value and high performance product lines. It will be launched in Malaysia on 22/November/2019.
Overall feature update
The 2020 latest ZT411 and ZT421 series printers come with Color Touch Display and setup wizards for the printer. The colour LCD allow user to see status at a glance on the 4.3-inch full-color touch display, make settings changes using the intuitive user interface and create frequently used shortcuts all with the touch of a screen and the Setup Wizards allow user to have easily configure your ZT401 Series printer using the setup wizards with step-by step instructions and animations.
Additional feature update
On top of the LCD display, the new ZT411 and ZT421 series printer also added below standard feature.
Printhead element out detection to ensure quality printing and know when to replace your printhead. This feature checks each resistor (“element”) on the printhead for failure, and alerts the user accordingly. This Zebra advance feature already exist on the ZT600 series
Adjustable transmissive and reflective sensors, with the better adjustable sensor, it allow for more diverse media calibration.
Record printhead serial number, timestamp, and odometer to build a printhead usage profile tailored to that specific printer/application
Improved printhead security to prevent use of unauthorized printheads
Torx screws for ease of maintenance
ZT410 accessories compatibility
All other options and accessories available for the current ZT410/ZT420 printers will be available for the ZT411/ZT421, with the exception of the 802.11n WLAN card, which is replaced by the 802.11ac WLAN card.

New protective film for display and keypad. The new color touch display is expertly designed and thoroughly tested with toughness and reliability consistent with the rest of the Zebra printer, but some end users may wish to protect the printer further. A hard, clear protective film is now available to cover display and keypad to help prevent ingress of moisture or debris in extremely wet or dirty environments
