Ultraviolet (UV) laser have unique advantage on glass, plastic and soft surface, in engraving arena, it always uses to engrave on the soft surface of the item. UV is a cold laser and it have the minimum of damage to the object surface. Running on frequency of laser on 30kHz to 100kHz and wavelength around 355 Nano meters. With it high frequency and low wavelength, will not cause too much heat being generated during the engraving process. Also, due to this advantages on soft surface engraving, you may have a very clear engraving result on the text or barcode to be use in the manufacturing work in progress tracking. With the enhancement of the cooling system of HM03 series laser engraving machine, it makes sure the machine can be cool down with minimum air flow and allow it to continuous operate for 24/7 nonstop operating environment. 3W UV laser machine make the whole system running at minimum power consumption and deliver the direct marking effect wanted by the customer.
