Introduction
Over the phone or online respond time within 1 working days. Retraining on new staff for the network basic handling via phone or online. Feedback and upgrade on newly found bug on existing software for Free. With sign up the maintenance, ALC support team will assist when below situation happen on your IT infrasturcture. Our support time from 9am to 5pm Malaysia working day. Customer can contact us via either phone, email or any way of online messager.
1. Remote reinstallation if any windows failure of corrupted.

3. Try our best to assist on recovery if data missing due to virus attack, hard disk failure or any other accident happen.
4. Help to analysis for any user error or disturb due to whatever reason.

6. Online and over the phone training for new admin staff only.
7. Period checking on the system health
8. Assist to maintain a latest set of Autotrack backup, Storage of back up set shall depend on customer, where & how to store the backup copy.
9. Phone support on software question.
10. Bug fixing even after warranty period.
