Introduction
A Purchase return (abbreviated P/R) is a reverse document from a consignor, a shipper, or an owner of freight which orders the return of the transportation of cargo to another party to Purchase Order. Or is a listing of complete goods to be received from the supplier to customer. Usually the written order permits the direct return of goods from a warehouseman, carrier or other person who in the course of their ordinary business issues warehouse receipts or bills of lading. Before the purchase return created, a purchase order must be created. Return goods must be seen by the supplier parties. Every company has their own way to generate their purchase return, transfer from Receiving order and so on.
