Support: Three (3) years as below:
- 1st Level: Phone support
- 2nd Level: Next business day on-site support after phone support cannot solve the issue.
- Operating Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) excluding public holiday.
- Phone support: Unlimited.
- On-site support: Allowable up to 5 times on-site support per year. Additional on-site support will be charge separately, if required.
