The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the product, unauthorized alternation to or change of parts or components of the product, act of God or problems cause by power supply surge.
*Attention: Warranty void if use of non-Evolis brand ribbon and retransfer film.
Support: Three (3) years as below:
- 1st Level: Phone support
- 2nd Level: Next business day on-site support after phone support cannot solve the issue.
- Operating Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) excluding public holiday.
- Phone support: Unlimited.
- On-site support: Allowable up to 5 times on-site support per year. Additional on-site support will be charge separately, if required.
