Service Overview:
Tier 1
Basic repairs, eg keypads, fuse, hand straps, stylus, touch screen protectors, triggers and Operating System reload/reflash.
Does not cover any internal PCB scan engine repair or replacements, display faults or any damaged part of the device.
Damage, accidental or otherwise is not covered under this Tier level.
Tier 2
Includes all repairs listed in Tier 1.
Covers major component repair, internal PCB, radio repair or replacements, display faults, scan engine repair or replacement (Limited to only one major component)
Damage, accidental or otherwise is not covered under this Tier level
Tier 3
Includes all items from Tier 1 and 2, in addition to any damage to the device.
More than 3 major components at fault, HSM will consider the device BER (Beyond-Economical-Repair
