Software Configuration Service (SCS) is a process where AGen Configuration team will study the requirement of the customer and generate the application (AGen Bullet) by using AGen designer. The purpose of SCS is to ensure that application (AGen Bullet) is organized, accepted and versioned in a way that enables effective change management, reduces the risk of errors or conflicts, and delivers the application completely accepted by the customer. At the end of the application, the collected information go through AGen Communicator will be fully integrated to customer existing system or viewable by the customer.
The key activity involves in SCS include defining and maintaining process flow standards and guidelines, creating and managing build and release processes, managing and tracking issues and bugs, performing application (AGen Bullet) reviews, and ensuring that changes are properly updated and communicated to customer.
