Honeywell Case Study:

Trasluz Casual Wear with RFID Solution

Trasluz exploits the breadth of the Intermec by Honeywell RFID portfolio in this project: IF2 and IF61 readers, IA36 antennas for warehouse conveyor belts, IF2 readers for shop display counters and anti-theft points, as well as rugged handheld computers with IP4 and IP30 handles for RFID mobile readers.

One of the main reason to implement RFID solution is used for central management system to validate the receipt of incoming goods and able to read hundreds of tags at one time without opening boxes. Besides, it is used to track the processes in company such as delivery by just identify using handheld computers, stock levels without calculate manually and update system automatically for refund items.

Benefits for implementing RFID solution:

  • Reduce manpower for managing warehouse as receipt and dispatch processes are automatic;
  • Error-free;
  • Reduce number of thefts;
  • Time saving for stock-takes;
  • Prevent stock depletion - auto generate order when customer places clothing on the POS counter.
