After Microsoft announced to stop supporting its mobile devices operating system, Android will be the replacement for barcode manufacturers especially in Data collection applications.

Ivanti understands the market requirements based on their history knowledge in windows mobile and terminal emulation, now the terminal emulation program already fully supports the android device operating system. Based on its previous wavelink and Naurtech history, ivanti now rename their Terminal Emulation Product running in android operating system as Wavelink Velocity Terminal Emulation or Wavelink Velocity TE.

Wavelink velocity TE for android still supports 4 different servers as its preview version, which include client VT/HP, 5250/3270.
