This document describes the Services provided by Zebra Technologies (“Zebra”) under Technical and Software Support Service to all Mobile Computers, Data Capture and Scanning Products and Software applicable to those devices. Technical and Software Support Service Contracts can be purchased at any time. This document also describes Customer responsibilities under these Service Contracts, Limitations and Restrictions.
Under these Service Contracts, Zebra provides technical support and latest software releases as specified in this document. These Service Contracts are available using part numbers with the following SKU nomenclature: SWS-
Zebra supplies this Service Description Document as part of the Support Services Contract Welcome Pack, which includes:-
• Welcome Letter
• Order Acknowledgement and Service Confirmation, including Service Contract Number
