Introduction
ALC service team offer to the market the office hour maintenance service which include onsite and inhouse support for our customer on the device they purchase from us. The maintenace service include over the phone support on the device troubleshooting. We offer end user technical support, attend, troubleshoot and escalate reported issues to manufacturer if any problem not able to solve by ALC team. Vendor management includes escalations, supports, repair and to request approvals for hardware and component replacements subject to manufacturer's warranty coverage.
