This is a great entry level impact printer that will work fine for most small to medium businesses. Printing quality and speed are good and price point is excellent. Low maintenance and long lasting print cartridge. The printer also comes with USB compatibility so it is updated for a modern computer setup. The form factor is compact as well which is always a good thing for saving some desk space. On the downsides. If you are like most businesses which require an impact printer, chances are you have custom forms or documents that you would like the printer to be configured for. Setting up requires a bit of effort and guess work as there is very little documentation on how to go about it. There is also no custom bundled software for the purpose. My experience was a lot of test printing, wasted paper+ink and not to mention time and effort to get the print settings that I needed. After getting past that though, you're pretty much set if you're fortunate enough to just need one set of print configurations. Main drawback for me was a lack of MAC OS support. I ended up having the need to purchase a basic Microsoft Windows system dedicated for this printer as the rest of my work environment is MAC. All in all, highly recommended if you need a basic dot matrix printer for use with a Microsoft Windows setup. Good value for money.
