Introduction
A Delivery return (abbreviated D/R) is a reverse document from a consignor, a shipper, or an owner of freight which orders the release of the transportation of cargo to another party to Delivery Order. Or is a listing of complete goods to be received from the customer to supplier. Usually the written order permits the direct return of goods to a warehouseman, carrier or other person who in the course of their ordinary business issues warehouse receipts or bills of lading. Before the delivery return created, a delivery order must be created. Return goods must be seen by the receiving parties. Every company has their own way to generate their delivery return, transfer from Delivery order and so on.
