You can now send back your daily collected stock take record via WhatsApp to your supervisor.

After daily stock take activity, AGen has a shortcut button to allows users to send back their daily summary collected records via WhatsApp to the supervisor. To send the record information via WhatsApp, the mobile device used for stock take must also install the WhatsApp application and login with the user WhatsApp account.

In the demo video, click on the Today Total Pick application, user stock take mobile will be preset with the supervisor phone number and total record to Pick. The user can anytime change the supervisor phone number to another new number if the supervisor today is on MC or on leave. The Total Record to Pick value represents the number of stocks taken item perform by the storekeeper on today.



Once the supervisor received the message, he can immediately login to AGen server to view the stock take records.
