Below is the procedure to reboot the Skorpio unit.

1.       Please backup all data before troubleshooting if possible.

2.       Try the warm boot first. Press the buttons simultaneously.

3.       If warm boot still same issue, then try cold boot.

4.       Last step will be to do a clean boot. This should restore any missing files and reset to default factory setting.

5.       If issue still remain after clean boot. We will need to check on the unit.
