A: No specific numbers, all barcodes that can be view in the same FOV.
Q: Able to read both QR codes and barcodes the same time from a label?
A: Yes, provided the barcodes must be present in same FOV.
Q: User changeable illuminator from 14 LED to 36 LED?
A: Matrix 320 Liquid Lens models are offered as fully assembly products. The lens and illuminators will not be offered as changeable accessories.
While for C-mount models, more info will be revealed when the models are officially launched.

Q: What situation is IP65 and IP67?
A: The “6” digit at the beginning of both ratings means that both IP65- and IP67-rated enclosures offer total protection from solids ingress. Both enclosure types are typically equipped with gasket seals that are capable of blocking out even ultra-fine particles. Thus, both are suitable for most outdoor applications that require dust protection.
The major difference between an IP65 rating and an IP67 rating is in the degree of liquid ingress protection that they offer:
An IP65 rated enclosure gives protection against low pressure water jets from any direction, as well as condensation and water spray. It’s suitable for most outdoor enclosures that won’t encounter extreme weather such as flooding.
An IP67 rated enclosure offers substantial protection against liquid ingress. An enclosure with this rating will even protect against temporary submersion at depths of up to one meter.

Q: I saw a picture of matrix 320 with a red, blue and white color LED. Can the LED change color?
A: Different color LEDs will be representing different models.
Q: Does the cable also ESD? Which part number? ESD Safe is on front cover only? Meaning only the illuminator part? How about the back casing?
A: Matrix 320 is only ESD safe when ESD front cover is added. This will avoid electronic static discharge from the reader to the reading target.
Q: What is the part number for ESD casing accessories? How about ESD casing? Different part number front cover?
A: ESD cover accessory for Matrix 320 is not available yet. ESD cover is an accessory with a different part number.
Q: YAG filter is an accessory or bundle into part number?
A: YAG filter is an accessory.
Q: Polarizer filter is accessories or bundle into part number?
A: We don’t have Polarizing Filter accessory. Only Polarizer Cover.
Q:The polarizer filter is together with the front cover casing, can be separate?
A: Polarizer Cover is an accessory. The default unit would come with standard cover without polarizer.
Q: Output 3 in DL. CODE, what is it for?
A: Output 3 can be used when CBX500/800 is connected.
